My Story

From an early age, I have been committed to fitness, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle—not just for physical results, but for mental resilience and long-term wellbeing. Those principles have guided me throughout my life and now form the foundation of how I help others train, improve, and rebuild their confidence.

I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2019, supporting clients to achieve real, sustainable results—not quick fixes. My focus is on helping people, particularly those over 40, regain strength, improve fitness, and feel in control of their health again.

I am also proud to be a second-generation member of the Windrush generation, with a rich cultural heritage rooted in Ghana and Trinidad. That background has shaped my values of resilience, discipline, community, and perseverance, which continue to influence both my life and the way I support others through their health and fitness journey.

My journey began in the British Armed Forces, where I passed the elite selection for the Parachute Regiment and went on to serve during the Falklands War, fighting at both the Battle of Goose Green and the Battle of Wireless Ridge. Those experiences instilled in me a deep understanding of discipline, resilience, preparation, and mental toughness—qualities that now form the foundation of every training programme I deliver.

Like many veterans, I have also faced the challenges of PTSD and mental health struggles. Through my own experience, I have seen first-hand how fitness, disciplined routine, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle can act as both a coping mechanism and a powerful way to rebuild resilience and move forward. This personal journey has strengthened my belief that physical health and mental wellbeing are closely connected, and it is a principle I bring into my coaching.

I later worked as part of a pre-Para selection training team in the Army Reserves, developing individuals of varying fitness levels. This is where I learned that effective training is not about simply pushing harder—it is about training smarter, especially as we get older.

Today, I combine that military experience with professional qualifications in personal training, sports injuries, and nutrition to deliver a complete, balanced approach. My coaching is designed to help you train effectively while protecting your body—building strength without unnecessary risk.

Fitness is not just my profession—it is a lifelong commitment. I pride myself on delivering training that is structured, supportive, and straightforward, with no gimmicks—just proven methods that work.

Whether you are starting again, recovering from setbacks, or looking to push yourself further, I am here to help you build strength, confidence, and lasting habits.
